Refund policy
At LYNEZA, we take pride in delivering high-quality jewellery. Due to the delicate and hygienic nature of jewellery products, we maintain a strict return and refund policy to prevent misuse.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged during transit
- The wrong product was delivered
- A verified manufacturing defect is found
To request a return, customers must:
- Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide a clear and complete unboxing video (starting from the sealed package and showing the entire unboxing process without cuts or pauses)
- Share clear photos of the product and packaging

⚠️ Unboxing video is mandatory for any damage, missing item, or incorrect product claim. Requests without proper unboxing proof may not be accepted.
2. Product Tag & Packaging Condition (Important)
The original product tag must remain attached to the jewellery.
- If the product tag is removed, tampered with, or damaged, the return request will be automatically rejected.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging including box, pouch, invoice, and all accessories.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Earrings (including studs and hoops)
- Personalized or custom-made jewellery
- Sale or discounted items
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear
4. Return Approval Process
Our quality team will review the request within 2–4 business days.
- If approved, return instructions will be shared.
- Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
5. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (customer must provide bank details)
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
6. International Orders
International orders are not eligible for return unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
- Customs duties, taxes, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. Misuse Protection
LYNEZA reserves the right to:
- Reject returns that show signs of usage
- Refuse returns without proper proof
- Restrict future orders in case of repeated misuse or fraudulent claims
