Refund policy

At LYNEZA, we take pride in delivering high-quality jewellery. Due to the delicate and hygienic nature of jewellery products, we maintain a strict return and refund policy to prevent misuse.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged during transit
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • A verified manufacturing defect is found

To request a return, customers must:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide a clear and complete unboxing video (starting from the sealed package and showing the entire unboxing process without cuts or pauses)
  • Share clear photos of the product and packaging

⚠️ Unboxing video is mandatory for any damage, missing item, or incorrect product claim. Requests without proper unboxing proof may not be accepted.

2. Product Tag & Packaging Condition (Important)

The original product tag must remain attached to the jewellery.

  • If the product tag is removed, tampered with, or damaged, the return request will be automatically rejected.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging including box, pouch, invoice, and all accessories.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Earrings (including studs and hoops)
  • Personalized or custom-made jewellery
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear

4. Return Approval Process

Our quality team will review the request within 2–4 business days.

  • If approved, return instructions will be shared.
  • Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (customer must provide bank details)
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. International Orders

International orders are not eligible for return unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.

  • Customs duties, taxes, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Misuse Protection

LYNEZA reserves the right to:

  • Reject returns that show signs of usage
  • Refuse returns without proper proof
  • Restrict future orders in case of repeated misuse or fraudulent claims
